Only one instance
Enable this option if you do not want the user to be able to run more than one instance of your application at once.

Open file/webpage on exit
Enable this option if you want a file in the current drectory or a web page to be opened in a new browser window when the user closes the application. A webpage address must begin with ‘http://’. The file must contain a relative filepath (for example, 'app.exe' or 'apps\app.exe').

Open only once
Enable this option to open the page only once.
